SHIPPING

Essential Journeys® ships via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Most orders ship within 1–5 business days. Because many of our products are handcrafted in small batches, occasionally an order may take a little longer. If we expect a delay of more than five business days, we'll contact you.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed beginning the following Monday. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and keep the product and all shipping materials so we can help resolve the issue.

If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Essential Journeys does ship internationally with a few exceptions. Please note that YOU, the BUYER, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do NOT collect this beforehand, and can't give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world.
